Polar Bear Skulls are taken in the High Canadian Arctic by Inuit Hunters. These skulls are listed under CITES Appendix ll. Therefore a CITES permit is required for export from Canada. A Veterinarian Certificate is also required for export. All skulls are cleaned and ready for shipping. The Marine Mammal Act forbids this item to be exported to the USA.
