FULL TRADITIONAL INUIT HUNTERS OUTFIT

This Inuit Hunters Outfit comes complete with parka, pants, Kamiks (boots) and mitts. The outfit is made from Barren Central Ground Caribou Hide and trimmed with either Coyote or Fox. We no longer trim with Polar Bear Hair. The Inuit Ladies' of Canada's High Arctic do all the sewing and designing of these Hunter Outfits.

MENS KAMIKS BOOTS - TRADITIONAL INUIT HUNTERS OUTFIT

Our Kamiks are made from Barren Central Ground Caribou Hides. The caribou is treated in the Inuit Traditional fashion which is cured via air drying. The Inuit Ladies' of Canada's High Arctic do all the sewing and designing of these Kamiks. They are lined with sherpa wool and have a pull string at the top of the boot. The soles are made from the Caribou hair itself. Kamiks are designed for cold dry weather. When not being used in the off season, it is recommended to store the Kamiks in the freezer or a sealed cold dry location.
