Return Policy

Products may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as received with no signs of wear. They must be returned in the original packaging with the original tags in place.

All returned products should be insured for their full value during shipping, and shipments must include tracking.

If you have received a defective item please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once a return is received, it can take up to 72 hours to process. A refund will be issued after processing.

Refunds include the purchase price of the returned item, less shipping charges; A minimum 20% restocking fee may be applied if a return is posted late, original tags are not attached, or the product shows signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All refunds will be made to the original purchaser's credit card.

China International Import Expo Shanghai

FurCanada would like to announce our participation in the first ever China International Import Expo Shanghai, China Nov 5-10 2018.

The company  was honoured to be invited by the Ministry of Commerce of the Peoples Republic of China to showcase Canadian Made Fur Products. Booth number is  6.1-B6-05.

"In May 2017, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced at the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation that China will hold China International Import Expo (CIIE) starting from 2018."  "It is a significant move for the Chinese Government to hold CIIE with a view of firmly supporting trade liberalization and economic globalization and actively opening the market to the world. It facilitates countries and regions all over the world to strengthen economic and trade cooperation, and to promote global trade and world economic growth in order to advance the development of an open world economy."  (Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Canada)

FurCanada from time to time has to adjust the prices to reflect the current worldwide fur demand. As of January 1, 2016 we have change currency value on our products to US Dollars from Canadian Dollars, with the exception of tanned fur skins, seal skin products and garments. All other items are now in US Dollars.  Price levels on many articles have come down, most notably our Polar Bear rugs.  FurCanada is doing all it can to hold the line on prices.
